Exhibitors are the heart of our event and the reason that our facility show is so popular. Our attendees are counting on us to fill the room with the tradespeople and products that they need to do their jobs. Our surveys indicate that finding staff, contractors, and facility products is taking them away from critical tasks. This event will be filled with your target customers, and they are waiting to meet you. Our vendors from 2024 and 2025 all report meeting important new clients. We designed this event to maximize value for attendees, giving them the freedom and time to meet vendors.

We have created a new opportunity to sponsor the food that we would like to have at our happy hour. Are you interested in an opportunity for massive exposure at the networking event? We expect that the food would cost $500

With that said, we have made our event affordable and easy to participate in. There will be no union dues, setup, or carpet fees at the Lowrey Center. Please arrive after 7:00, as the event begins at 8:00.

The Lowrey Center provides complimentary 5-foot tables with two chairs. If you wish to bring your own larger table up to 8 feet, there will be an additional fee. Please bring your own branded tablecloth.
